Dissertasi Penulis di UNDIP yang berjudul "The Reconstruction of the bureaucracy of the prosecutor's office with the progressive law approach (a study on pre-investigation, investigation, and prosecution of criminal act of corruption). In thisbook, the author holds that the prosecutor must act in a progressively, start from reform in the bureaucracy line of the attoney office when handling corruption cases. A centralistic bureaucracy in the attorney office exists in every stage namely investigation, prosecution and adjudicatio. Every decision must be by consent from the highest authority in every level. Otherwise it is often impossible to conduct investigation or prosecution on corruption cases. This book was first published in Bahasa Indonesia by Lingkar Studi Hukum Progresif (LSHP) Yogyakarta in the early of 2009.
